Vonn & Svindal take the Gold at Val d'Isere


Askel Lund Svindal conquered the Bellevarde course in Val d'Isere, France, to take gold. This was Svindal's first gold medal for the FIS World Ski Championship.
Lindsey Vonn had to beat a blistering time set by the 17 year old phenom Lara Gut of Switzerland to win her 2nd Gold medal in the Women's downhill. Gut captures silver.
Bode Miller? ---- Bode? ---is still being Bode. He's a DNF on the slalom course. Come on Bode! Lets go!
